Most women won’t share this but I’m too excited not to. I’m - TopicsExpress

Most women won’t share this but I’m too excited not to. I’m down 7lbs this week and finally broke under 180 which is where I have been stuck at for the past year. The scale always read 183-189. I’m going back to basics and doing what I know and has proven to work for me and so many others to lose weight. Last summer I was much leaner, had toned muscles and performed at my peak as a fitness instructor due to my healthy and clean diet with organic protein. Then State Fair happened, Zumba visitors from out of town (which meant eating out a LOT late at night and not the best choices either), business trips, then the holidays arrived and my excuses to not take care of my eating habits grew along with my waistline. I was miserable and in order to fill my void I ate just to eat. I’d eat out of boredom, I’m sure some of you can relate. Then I started trying alternatives, like Paleo, eating organic and clean foods which is fantastic but I hated preparing meals for the week because I just didn’t have the TIME! It was so hard counting calories and making sure I had the correct balance in nutrients. This week I had a revelation, I was sick of the scale not budging. WHY am I wasting precious time and money trying to figure out my meals when I had the resources right there in my pantry? I didn’t need a crash diet or a miracle pill, I needed to do what made sense. The answer was Isagenix. A fully balanced ORGANIC undenatured meal ready in less than 30 seconds for less than $3 bucks, you can’t get a meal packed with these kind of nutrients and 36g of protein all for that same cost. I didn’t have to try to figure the math out between complex carbs and that other mumbo jumbo. The scientists and experts at Isagenix already had that figured out for me. My cravings for bad food have diminished and I feel amazing. I will admit I’m slightly disappointed in myself that I didn’t do this sooner. Maybe I needed to see that no matter how well you may try to eat, nothing beats having my meals that nourish my body already figured out for me with almost no prep time. It’s a long road between now and 125lbs which is my goal weight. I will get there, and if you want to join me, let’s do it together!
