Mr.McGowan .Your calorie intake is way too low. Since you workout intensely, it is vital that you eat good while maintaining a deficit. It is important to give your body the proper nutrients it needs and 1200 calories is not going to do it. You also need to make sure you hit 200 grams of protein a day since we are dieting. Its not so much strength gains anymore but more or less preserving our muscle while we cut. Man it pays to have a good nutritionalist......
