My Akai SB-1 Deep Impact pedal, after may years of being able to fix it myself, has finally gone beyond the scope of my knowledge. Anyone know someone who works on this type of pedal? It is all digital, basically in real time takes the bass signal and converts it to synth. This pedal is incredible, and I NEED/MUST have it fixed. Who, out of all my musician/sound engineer friends, do I contact for this? I thought it was just a cold solder joint going to the 9v power, but, this did not fix it. I got nothing, no lights, no sound, no NOTHING. I need help!!!! Please somebody recommend someone who works on this sort of thing. Id imagine the person would have to have pedal knowledge as well as synth knowledge. I just want my pedal to work again! Please, any and all recommendations will be followed up on
