My Daughter Praajya Pandey booked a hotel on Goibibo. They charged us and then forgot to inform the hotel about our booking. On checking with the hotel, they had no idea about the booking. Now Goibibo claims to have booked the wrong hotel, which is 2 stars below the hotel she booked. They are forcing us to cancel the booking saying they can not accommodate us anywhere even though they are selling hotels on their website for the same date. Have been talking to Nikhil Khanna and their management for last two days. They refuse to send a mail about the mistake and are bullying me into cancelling the booking or they will not refund the money which they have and not booked the hotel for. What bookings done-done-a-done? More like screw up done-done-a-done.
