My Doll @rachellmac02, has completed chemo! Congrats from Team SSPW! Xoxo ~ Madame President A little video recap of my chemo journey. The day has finally come! Im officially a chemo grad! Next stop radiation. God willing, this is the last time that my body will be filled with chemo/poison, in hopes of killing every single breast cancer cell possible. Looking back on this journey, I can say Ive been through quite a bit. But my team of supporters, family, friends, doctors & amazing nurses have made it a breeze. Chemo has put my body through the ringer & back, but Im still here smiling :) Heres a recap of the chemo BS: 20lbs weight gain*nose bleeds* anxiety attacks* fatigue* chemo brain* insomnia*constipation*neuropathy(numbness & tingling in fingers and toes)*infected expander*26days IV antibiotics*20days oral antibiotics*surgery to remove the expander, leaving me flat on my left side*painful blisters on my feet & peeling after the fact, for about a month*painful fingernails and then they started lifting, white lines across my nails too* lymphedema in my left arm(pain & swelling from removal of lymph nodes.
