My KK made my heart skip a beat this morning... we were searching for a certain Tshirt for school...went thru all her dresser drawers and by the time I reached the last one, I had given up on finding it and told her Your Tshirt must be at Daddys house. You should have checked yesterday before we left. She was quiet as we kept digging thru clothes and then a second later grabs the shirt excitedly and said, I knew it was in here, Mommy! I just prayed to God to let it be there and it was! I had to pause and cherish that moment. I patted her on the head and said Oh, KK. Im so proud of you. You see, just pray when youre ready to give up hope and God will always answer your prayers. At least I know Im doing something right. Your children look up to you... they are a reflection of you and when I look at KK I see a beautiful blossoming lady. Teach your children to be good people and to be better than yourself.
