My Lord, my God Im thanking You for yet another day in You! For rest in Your loving arms as You replenished my mind, heart, body and soul! For whispering into my spirit things to come! For words of life spoken over me! For renewing this mind and putting Your righteous spirit within me, oh how I give You thanks! For letting me know that things are more than okay, that its done and taken care of! That Im walking in that which Youve set before me, to just trust You! How You continue to say to look beyond the natural into the horizon of the promised land for thats where Im headed! That as I walk this journey called life and things tend to want to bog me down, to not get weary of the well doing and shake it off! That at times when Im exhausted, You come and give me rest! You strengthen me and give me a renewed sense of energy! That when my past failures and mistakes seem to come up again and again, You tell me that all things are new! You encourage me to continue forward in this walk with You! To not look to the left or right, but to keep my eyes ahead on the prize! Father, no one loves me like You! No one can pick me up, make me laugh and smile, give me peace and fill me with joy quite like You! No one can whisper words of encouragement that hits the spot EVERY single time like You! As I try to put words to who You are in my mind and heart, its so very simple yet complex...You are my Everything! My Strength! My Strongtower! My Rock! My Shelter in the time of storms! My Savior! My Confidante! My Healer! And oh so my Protector! You are my Provider! You are my Heart and Lover of my soul! And I thank You this day for the connection! For our relationship! My God!
