My Predictions for the New Year • I predict that 2015 will see a combination of good things and bad things. There will be moments of joy and sorrow, success and failure, victory and defeat, health and illness, life and death. I make that prediction with total confidence because these experiences are part of our life’s journey all the time, in every year. • I predict that 2015 will be as good or as bad as you choose to make it. The good and bad elements mentioned above are the natural resources, the raw materials that God will place into your hands. What you choose to do with them, how you react to them, is up to you! • I predict that in 2015 God will be with you. Even though God won’t remove all the challenges and problems from your life, he will be with you every step of the way, walking beside you, strengthening you, sometimes even carrying you. Remember that “Nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Rom 8:39) And so I offer this blessing for the New Year to you and your loved ones: “May the Lord bless and keep you. May he let his face shine upon you and show you his mercy. May he turn his countenance towards you and give you his peace. And may the blessing of Almighty God, (+) the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, come down upon you and remain with you forever. Amen.”
