My Serenity blend arrived yesterday, thankfully! I was hoping that it would help ease my daughters anxiety and calm me down when she was feeling upset so that I could better help her. She must have known that I was wondering how successful it would be as the past couple of days have been difficult for her. So I put some of my trusty Frankincense in my diffuser necklace, we diffused Serenity around the house, put a drop on her feet (diluted with coconut oil) and tonight she and I had a lovely bath with 4 drops of serenity and some Epsom salts. Now, both she and her sister are peacefully asleep and I am calmer than I have been for days. Thank you Serenity!!!
