My XBOX 360S Broke yesterday. And according XBOX / Microsoft i only have a year of warranty. So they want me to pay 66,67 Euro to get it fixed. So i have pointed them out that the European law clearly states that an electronic multimedia device like a computer or game console has at least 2 years of warranty. So i pointed it out to them. Now i have an appointment with them tomorrow by phone. But they already stated that it will be addressed under the warranty so i will not have to pay the 66,67 Euro. Knowing your rights often saves you money.
