My aunt posted the following as her status and Im inspired to share it with you. I think that this is a great way to share the love of Christ. I would add a challenge: pay it forward also to five people who do NOT comment on your status, whether you know them or not. It could be the cashier at your favorite grocery store, the server at a restaurant, your neighbor, etc. I am taking this on as my challenge in 2015. After all the recent tragedies that have happened and are happening, this world needs as much kindness as it can get. This year, Im participating in the Pay it Forward initiative: The first five people who comment on this status with Im in will receive something from me in 2015 - no knowing what yet, because I havent decided but hopefully something that will make you smile and know that I am thinking of you. My wish is that you make the same offer on your Facebook status. Just copy and paste this (or something similar), and put it on your status, (dont share my post, please) so that we can form a web of connection of kindness. Lets do more kind and loving things in 2015, without any reason other than we want to. Heres to a more enjoyable and love filled year!
