My brother Cory recently had a flyer come across his desk at work - TopicsExpress

My brother Cory recently had a flyer come across his desk at work (Ft. Hood) regarding a Wounded Warrior 110 mile bike ride event that will be happening next week (March 25-26th). Cory decided he wanted to participate in the event. While he could qualify as a Wounded Warrior to ride for free he decided it was important to try to raise the donations that is needed to qualify for the event instead as he has seen first hand men & women in arms suffer the devastating affects of war. We do not have a lot of time to help him raise funds but if you could contribute $5 or $10 or more to his quest it would go a long way in helping men & women who have served our country & have been hurt along the way. Below is Corys story that he posted on FaceBook after deciding he wanted to take part in this event. You can donate to Corys ride by going to ride2recovery > click the Donate button > scroll down to the Find a Rider section > enter cory morrell in the First and Last name boxes > click the search button. Cory is the only Cory Morrell participating right now with a picture of him and a town of Killeen, TX Texas Challenge next to him. Follow the prompts for the donation. Please note this donation can be used come next years tax season! Please feel free to forward this email to anyone else you may think would like to contribute. Thank you to all who have supported our troops in time of peace & war by giving monetarily or of yourselves. From Cory: I need everyones help ill be participating in the Wounded Warrior Ride2Recovery Texas challenge. I just found out about the event and with such short notice I will be participating on only the 25th & 26th of this month. The event is to help raise money for the Wounded Warriors. Personally has a special meaning for me due to that fact I have not only a direct witness to how these individuals became wounded, but also the years after, along the road to recovery. IE: gates, Ike, big cheev.... During the two days ill be riding my bike ( the kind you pedal) just over 110 miles. Starting in Georgetown TX and finishing in Waco TX. Although I do qualify to ride as a Wounded Warrior and wouldnt have to pay a dime or do any fund raising... well thats just not me and not what im about!! Please donate for me and my brothers and sisters in arms and help support the Wounded Warriors. Www.ride2recovery At the top click on donate, then find a rider type in my full name cory morrell after that your info and how much you would like to donate. Thank you, Cory
