My confidence just boosted 10 fold. My last phone call at work today was with a CEO of an organization thats done 30+ million in sales last year. He told me my professionalism, communication skills, and out of box thinking (because I got ahold of him) my life will become truly successful in the future This individual spoke with me for a half hour feeding off each others energy. He told me from the start he didnt need my services at this time, but continued to talk. Even pointed out he can tell Im new at my line of work, gave me a few pointers and left the conversation open to talk more in the future. The biggest thing I got out of that conversation is be consistent if you want something. Always have your best face on, you dont know when you can meet someone that can change your life. I also re-assured myself confidence comes from character and thats from within. You can always teach a competency to someone but you cant teach them instincts for that competency.
