My dearest DBAs@ADP. You got me bloody, You got me Hyder. I will try to post what I could find and researched upon. Last night I was contacted by one of the DBAs in US regarding performance problem in oracle database. By the way I am helping very few DBAs online. I tried my best to resolve the problem, but ultimately given it to OEM, OEM is the better tool for resolving performance issues. They developed sql tuning advisor pretty nicely. You have to break your head to understand explain plan and crack whats the problem. I tried to create profiles/ and attach the plan etc.. I will keep you posted on overall understanding.
