My fellow RP Warriors; Im curious how many of us out there have interests in photography and continue onwardin spite of the challenge of reduced eyesight. As for myself Ive been involved in commercial and portrait shutterbuggery for over 20 years now. My RP really dialed up in 2009 & 10, and it took me a couple years to devise a filtering technique to salvage out the maximum of my remaining vision. Thus Ive been able to carry on to whatever extent. I dont drive anymore, so location shoots are somewhat limited, relative to bus access, and I use a camera with a bright high-contrast Electronic Viewfinder (EVF). What have you found that help you, and what are you looking for that would help more? Have you altered or developed your technique(s) based on your particular RP condition?
