My friend David Weeda put into words something that has bugged me for such a long time. Im amazed at every election cycle when I see signs for Republican candidates in the yards of middle class and poorer people! Voter education is failing because the wealthy corporations who buy the Republicans and control so much of the media are able to spin lies and create false fears. Talk the truth and talk politics at every opportunity! The 99% should be able to take control as soon as we all start thinking and voting with our brains and hearts for a sustainable, compassionate democracy that values our humanity and earth. It was so inspiring to hear so many of Dr. Kings words yesterday. Lets re-commit to his splendid dreams!
