Having a voice in this organization and being a part of its growth is extremely fulfulling and empowering. There is a strong sense of ownership and accountability. The synergy that is created at Mialisia is contagious. Stephen Covey defines synergy as the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. I have always appreciated that definition, I am now experiencing it. 4) The people of Mialisa. I have only been with Mialisia for 3 months, in that time-frame I have been blown away by the competence, creativity, commitment and vision of Annelise Brown, Sean Brown, Arianne Morgan and Lance Morgan. I have met each of the individuals and can attest to each of them being very real, genuine, sincere, talented and caring.
