My long but truly awesome #tbt: Early on in high-school…I was on a vacation in Vancouver with my family staying at the Double-Tree. Around 12am on our second night there, everyone was sound asleep, I was dying for a snack so I headed down a few floors to where the vending machines were. I got Smartfood and some gross cookies as I recall. Anyway, I headed back to the elevator hit the button and waited about a minute until finally it dinged on its way up and the doors opened….inside stood 4 of the largest black dudes I have ever seen, and behind them, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Eminem. The large dude in front put his hand out and told me the elevator was taken….Dr. Dre said to the guy let him on man, its cool.…….So I got into the elevator and rode up 5 floors with 3 of my hip-hop idols, I attempted to make words come out of my mouth but failed miserably, got out something like You guys are awesome, and even gave Snoop some of my Smartfood after he asked for a handful. The moral of the story….ALWAYS go down a few floors to get a snack and take the elevator back up…..you never know when the Up In Smoke tour will be in town and staying at your hotel. #truestory #thosemomentsyouneverforget
