My lunch yesterday, a variation of our sprouts salad rawcipe. What went in today was: raw and steamed sprouts (green mung, matki/ muth, groundnuts, black-eyed peas, chick peas), raw sesame - sunflower - bhangjeer seeds, celery, coriander, raw mango, spring onion greens, tomato, green mung khakhra. Dressing: tamarind, jaggery, garlic, jeera powder, seasalt, black pepper, mint, lemon. Priya Parikh, this rawcipes at your request :). thank you for the lovely gift of the chopsticks, Ashish Sharma, they are my way of slowing down the act of eating, being mindful, savouring the tastes in my mouth. i also love eating with my hands, something that I often watch Chapatbaaz Dogana doing with a great joy thats so inspiring. sunday love to all of you.
