My mind has just been completely blown by this incredible program. Low impact, FUN, and so good for the body and soul. This week one of our challengers posted that she is 13.5 inches down- IN TWO WEEKS! Another is down 5lbs and almost 6 inches in the same amount of time. AND another lovely lady! One week in using PiYo and drinking shakeology daily, and shes down a pound and... FIVE inches! Im telling you guys, this is it!
