My mom has chickens as pets & I have seen more than 1 rooster fight making this even more terrifying to me. What is particularly interesting is that there are 2 basic groups of dinosaurs, saurischians & ornithicians, the lizard hipped & bird hipped dinosaurs respectively. Birds ironically evolved from the saurisichian line. Chickens are most closely relatied to therapods of which T-Rex is one. Both possesed feathers at some point in their growth, both are bipedal & both have hollow bones containing air sacs. I have to show off some of my knowledge from paleobiology class.
