My name is Aisling aka The Girl Against Fluoride. I have been given a float in a very special Parade on 30th August. I am looking to have a really cool iconic superhero costume created for The Girl Against Fluoride character (that is my alter ego as a fluoride fighting superhero . Our campaign is run on donations so we are willing to pay the designer 250 euro plus cover all materials used. I will be attending a international fluoride conference in Washington DC this September where I will wear the costume to generate publicity. I will also wear the costume at our fluoride awareness night entitled The Thirst Games in Whelans on 28th September. Christy Moore and Kila will be playing a few numbers at the event to raise the profile of the fluoride issue. Hot Press magazine who are covering the fluoride campaign will also do a write up on the costume and the designer so we will ensure who ever designs this will get the proper recognition.
