My name is Rukya. Today we did baking. We made chocolate vegan cake. Some of us went shopping to get the ingredients. We got like sugar, flour, coconut oil etc. They also got jacket potatoes for Sam & me for lunch.The special thing about it is it had no eggs. I helped with measuring the sugar, coco powder, vanilla and the oil. I also did some mixing, it was fun. Our teacher Dawud does not like meat, he is a vegan, so Dawud can have some. He tried some he said it is delicious and he is going to have some later. We made the chocolate vegan cake. It was delicious. Everybody had some.
