My resolutions and plans for 2015 Dear friends, Colleagues’ - TopicsExpress

My resolutions and plans for 2015 Dear friends, Colleagues’ belong to collegiate education service, BJP active members and Students as the year draws to a close, it’s hard not to take stock and to reflect momentarily before looking forward to 2015. Anyone who has been through will understand the importance of self-reflection and self-evaluation– so in what follows, now it’s my turn to take my own corrective action. In the true spirit of blogging, I’ve decided to reflect on 2014 and look forward to what is to come next year. I write this for my own personal consumption (getting things down on modern world computer, is a great way to reflect), but of course happy to share with anyone who may find my story of this year motivating or inspiring. Of my 63 years on the planet, 2014 has in many ways been the year where I’ve personally grown and advanced in teaching and political and literature more than in any other preceding. It’s been tough, challenging, but without doubt, hugely rewarding. I’ve probably learnt more this year than in the preceding few years and for that I’m thankful as the value of Teaching Engineering /Personal Education/Tamil literate writing practice and growth can and should never be underestimated. For me, the currency of life is teaching – it’s not about fame or fortune (though both can be a natural and often welcome consequence of the right noble task), it’s about how we grow as professor and develops our thinking, understanding and skills. As we reach the summit of 2014 and prepare the next ascent into 2015, we talk about making improvements, designed if followed to make us better and more successful people going forwards. These could be political position or educational teaching (this is the year I’ll start to learn a new language) or sometimes a combination of the two (I’m going to learn French and teach Auto Cad drawing along with finite element methods and analysis), but all are designed to advance my students as brilliant people. For me, 2014 was a huge growth phase in my life, in my educational and political for getting out of my comfort zone of teaching alone. I started three tasks from scratch, rebranded a well-established professor with skills to refocus it for the future of my students and built four websites one each for Educational assistance, Political Criticism, Tamil poems (kavithai Tamil) and survival English. I’ve made new friends and political arena and Institutional contacts and finally found my niche https:// facebook /inbaharan/groups/”Tamil inikuthu” and “Nan Parthathiley”). The distinction between work and pleasure has once for all disappeared. They say find a job you enjoy and never work again and from my experience it’s absolutely true! The biggest gain from joining and growing my teaching profession, was not the ability to earn a good income and sit tight, it was the education I gained along the way. For me, life is about experience and personal growth and sitting tight has never been my cup of tea. It was the realization that as the saying goes, teach someone to fish for themselves and they’ll never go hungry and this was the motivation behind my careers in teaching profession. Off the back of the success of my book ‘Thirantha Manthu Negizhintha Pozhuthu’, which at the time of writing has over 10, reviews on Style of writing, it was time to take all of the experience and knowledge I’d gained from 10 years in Tamil writing to those who need it most. The feedback has been recognition of everything I was trying to achieve through my ‘Script writer’ interest. “Script writing techniques that exponentially widens and enhances my prospects for the next book release in Tamil and in Engineering Subjects. I literally transform my view of entire social life and imaginations and want to take that next step in my career”. One of the things that has really hit home this year, is the importance of planning for success in anything. So here goes, my resolutions and plans for 2015: • To work towards strengthening the Prime ministers Quit India, Clean India and convince nine people to join the cleanliness drive and requested each of them to draw nine more into the initiative to take it viral. • To publish two new books in “Engineering and Tamil Poems “ series – one focused on helping the budding engineers to update their basic knowledge in Mechanical Engineering Subjects and one specializing in Tamil poem on social morality. • To work with at least 3 professors, to help them grow in profitability and enhance the skills of their teaching team and staff. • To help Students scared of public speaking, gain the confidence to find their voice. • To establish a training and know how centre for employment seeking people to enhance their speed in answering competitive examinations. You might think these resolutions are too ambitious or unrealistic – you might even be right. What I know is that the world has been built on the ambitions of unreasonable men and women and without ambition; we might as well all pack up and go home. I’m on record now, so let’s not see what 2015 brings, let’s instead take 2015 by the scruff of the neck and make it all it can be and much more. Looking back to a New Year card I received from one of my Political top level friend of BJP the beloved BJP H.Raja je, I smile as I remember the words: “2015 is your year”. Whether I believe this or not is up to me – what I know is that what I believe impacts directly on what I think and ultimately on how I choose to act – I can tell you, it pays to be a believer! If you’re reading this post, I hope you found it interesting and may I take this opportunity to wish you a very prosperous 2015 –remember it’s your year, just as much as it’s mine! Your loving Guru The Thamari Tamil kavi Prof. Na. Inbaharan
