My response to Chief Richard Shecapios status: What I did not mention in my post is that I never asked for any of the contracts to go 100% to Swallow Fournier. Ive only ever asked for contracts to be split 50/50 between Swallow Fournier and Eskan. Because I know that Eskan does consist of local contractors. And I am happy to have local contractors in our trapline. In Swallow Fourniers proposal for the Civil Works contract, it was our full intention to only use local (Mist/Chib) machinery, but like I said in my post we had to withdraw ourselves from that contract for reasons that Eskan knows. Reasons that you as the President of Eskan know. But, I am not speaking on behalf of the local contractors. The main focus of my post was to shed some light of the Swallow familys hardships and struggle which you seemed to have overlooked in your response. I am speaking on behalf of myself and the Swallow family and the struggles we have been having, which, judging by the response I received from you, it looks like we will just continue to struggle. Anyone who has me as a friend on Facebook know that I am not one to post this much. I feel like I have said all Ive wanted and needed to say (on Facecbook), and I do stand by everything Ive said.
