My thoughts concerning the college league 1. Who will be the PPBL commissioner when my contract runs out after next season? 2. Who were, we as captains, kidding when we selected 44 players ahead of MVP/All-Star candidate Talon Craycraft? 3. Is Chad Paskiewicz the reincarnation of Stephen Jones? 4. with 70 three-pointers, really... is there a better shooter on planet Earth than Jon Grow? 5. After serving his country, being the #1 pick in the PPBL draft and enduring a season on Jon Grows team, what else does Shaun Gephart have left to prove? 6. Giving up a draft pick and a set of uniforms to acquire the draft rights to Kirk Castillo turned out to be the smartest move Ive made in 20 years! 7. How much did the Mason Adams intimidation factor have to do with my son drafting him? 8. did I really need to give a drug test to the stat keeper when I saw Andrew Oelslager had 45 points and NO rebounds? Nope, turns out that was true. 9. Does Kyle Ivy completely dominating the paint have anything to do with him becoming a PPBL captain in 2015? 10. Nicknames are given far too often to undeserving people, Donny Baseball, Larry Legend...lets just save them for the real heros like Bill Brosher The Greatest 11. Do I have any regrets with my #1 pick Joseph Horsley? 1st place, 11-1, 11th in scoring & 3rd in rebounds...havent found one yet. 12. Is there a better teammate anywhere than Jarred Lee? Id be Shocked if there was? 13. How did a great shooter like Aaron Drumm get stuck on a team called the Jackrabbits? 14. After being mock-drafted onto every team in the draft, how did Maryland steal Matt Reese in the 2nd round? 15. Double threat GM/Player Jake Thomas has turned out to be an amazing winner in the PPBL, not sure if it has more to do with his basketball IQ or that heavy left (Offensive foul) shoulder? 16. after three years in the league and some weeks on the All-Time top 12 scoring list, how does Tony Gulley still get wide open 3s? 17. David Burtons traveling was the most complained about problem last year, this year he traveled his way onto the biggest complainers team! 18. Theres not a pizza Tim Lash wont eat or a corner he wont shoot from, no captain has had three more confusing teams than him. 19. All-Time top 15 in scoring and rebounds and Joshua Miller fell to the 2nd round of college, some PPBL mysteries even I dont understand? 20. One of the best shooters in the league, but I bet James Campbell is having more fun winning gift cards than breaking collar bones and getting concussions. 21. Secret Weapon Cameron Stephens has turned out to be exactly what Jon Grow was hiding from day ONE! 22. PPBL leader in triple-doubles, Adrian Barrett, fell to the 3rd round of college...I might just quit now! 23. Best Free throw shooter, HORSE player and my favorite PPBL all-time player, Deputy commissioner Kailor Padgett, need I say more? 24. worst injury in PPBL history, couldnt have happened at a worse time, for a first time, first week player in Michael Laforme. 25. Issac Jones, highest selected, most under-used player in the league. 26. the most productive leader of the best 21:00 minute team in the PPBL, Nate Workman, too bad games are 22:00 long. 27. Without a doubt the strongest player in the league, Demetrius L. Hall, Id rather scrub toilets than guard him. 28. the oldest player in the league, still got game, Kenny Workman, Poor lil tink tink for life. 29. Raphael Eckford, no player has had more success after being called up than him. 30. the mastermind behind a terrific draft, Kenny Estep, sorry the draft was for me, but hey, atleast you gained a dozen haters in the meantime. 31. Kenneth Workman, three years into the PPBL, I still dont know if im supposed to call him Cody or Kenneth? not a more unselfish player in the league. 32. after playing with Jon Grow for 25 years, why would Shane Reed want to be put through the torture again? 33. the round mound of rebound, Chris King is a prototypical Bill Brosher style player.
