My wife Chonta Flowers was practicing this morning with my son his Bible memory verse and it stopped me in my tracks because of the powerfulness in the verse to our lives. When I heard my son say When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. Psalm 56:3; I almost cried. For two reasons. First, we are raising a warrior who undoubtedly like all of us face difficulties, setbacks, etc. But we are instilling in him a weapon like no other that he can turn to and use to overcome any obstacle, and that is knowing and having a relationship with the Lord. The other reason was because it hit me that the only thing holding me back in life is Fear and not that I wont have fears but that Ive been glorifying my Fears instead of my God... It made me realize that Im no different from anyone else in this world, we all have fears and that I can overcome my past failures and setbacks, by trusting in the Lord and going after those things which he places on my heart to achieve and accomplish in life. That if I trust in Him, and Boldly pursue my future and no focus on my past, I will succeed and achieve abundantly. My Prayer for all of you today is that you take a step today in Boldness. No matter where you are in life, you still have more to accomplish and achieve... And that you be Bold as you go after those things which He has placed on your heart and glorify him and not fear.... I Pray this inspires, motivates and uplifts someone today Lord to Boldly chase their dreams and not just accept being average in life, because thats not your plan for any of us... We are destined to be great and I Pray we all today Boldly chase after our Dreams!!!
