My workout of the day I didnt have much time in between clients and Uni today so I decided to do a quick 30 minutes cardio :) without stopping and I tried mountain climbers for the first time in 4 weeks since my fractured wrist 😃😃 100 high knee skips /100skier on step 90 skips / mountain climbers 80 skips / skier on step 70 skips / 7mountain climbers 60 skips / skier on step 50 skips / mountain climbers 40skips / skier on step 30 skips / mountain climbers 20 skips / skier on step 10 skips / mountain climbers Then... 20 one arm burpees ( one arm due to my wrist ) 20 squats 5 round house kicks on the left and 5 on the right . I repeated the burpee sequence 4 times . Remember you dont need heaps of time to work out :) try this workout or replace the exercises with ones that work you hard !
