There is nothing more powerful in compelling you onwards and upwards than validation of your direction and accountability for follow through, which good coaching provides. I have said it before and I’ll say it again, the money people save in not paying for coaching is a wonderful investment in mediocrity. So you might imagine how pleased I am to announce the emergence of a long held vision of mine: The Natural Success Coaching Association. And to introduce Paula Jones, who is overseeing the development and implementation of what I know will be the most outstanding coaching model in the world, in terms of supporting people in applying their personal genius to creating their vision for life. Paula has a strong academic background teaching in University, along with vast knowledge of and experience in the Natural Success modality. She did several years of training with me and became an accredited trainer in my previous Magician’s Way organization. With many years of coaching behind her, including mentoring executives in some of England’s most prestigious corporations, and being a personal coaching client of mine, Paula is superbly qualified for the mission. In anticipation of a fast growing world wide Natural Success community it is important that graduates of our trainings have access to high quality support in assimilating the principles they learn into their lives, and also have the validation and accountability I mentioned before on an ongoing basis. Therefor we are keen to attract people with the right talent and aptitude to join our Coaching Association. In fact, to begin with we are looking for ten foundation members who will help us design and establish our association. The benefit of being a Natural Success Coaching Associate is that you will be positioned in a synergistic organizational structure that will optimize your own natural success…beyond what you could achieve as a lone wolf. By qualifying and operating as a Coaching Associate you will have: 1) An affiliation with a highly credible and respected modality as well as a dynamic creative consciousness movement. 2) A world best competency and standard to operate from, including association with successful, highly motivated and aspiring peers doing the juiciest work on the planet. 3) Preferential access to a large pool of potential coaching and training clients. 4) Access to a dynamic international network of geniuses. 5) Opportunity to progress as a Natural Success Training Facilitator and/or partner in Meet Your Genius derivatives (e.g. Meet Your Writing Genius, Meet Your Innovation Genius, etc.) 6) Professional development and career focus through ongoing sales, marketing and professional development training, as well as supervisory support and accountability. 7) Motivation and optimum performance resulting from team synergy. 8) Outstanding professional results, including high-level financial rewards. 9) Being supported and encouraged to live on your highest vibration, enjoying deep spiritual connection and fulfillment through high-level service. The requirements for Natural Success Coaching Association Membership will be consistent with the deep and powerful scope of the work it represents, which will contribute to the prestige of the Association. If you are Magician’s Way Accredited (depending on your level of training and practice) you may qualify automatically, but generally the first step in becoming an Associate will be Natural Success Accreditation. Accreditation, which is open to anyone who chooses to work for it, involves participating in the full suite of Natural Success trainings, including the coach/trainer training and fulfilling certain assignments and demonstrating the requisite competencies. It is worth noting that accreditation is the minimum requirement for any growth path within or involvement with our organization. Anyone can become accredited without aspiring to become a member of the Coaching Association. But for those who do want to become affiliated coaches, there will be a few more requirements beyond accreditation, involving practical experience and ultimate immersion in the Natural Success work and experience. Association members will pay reasonable dues and royalties and agree to association terms, guidelines and protocols, which entitles them to initial and ongoing sales, marketing, professional development training and support. Part of the terms of association include being coached by a Natural Success Coach and attending workshops in support, all of which facilitate coaches being at the top of their game. This high level of training, involvement and accountability, combined with using the phenomenally powerful principles and processes of Natural Success will create an extraordinary coaching modality.
