***NEW app of the day*** (1.99) Duckie Deck Bird Houses is a fun new way for preschoolers to work on creativity as they design some unique birdhouses for their bird friend. Kids get to choose from a variety of trees to hold their bird house, Then choose one of 7 different shapes for their house. Then comes the fun of decorating where they can choose a combination of patterns for the roof and the house itself. Once they are happy with their selection we move onto painting and decorating. The paints hold some bold bright colours adding to the festivity if the home. Decorate with chimneys, flowers, lights and more as your child grabs and drags the objects and places them where they think they look best. What I loved about the string lights is that your child has to string them one by one, and each one connects to another as you drag it past them. Once they are happy with their design then they have the option to save this to the devices camera roll.
