NFL Week 9 of the NFL schedule kicks off Thursday, as the Cincinnati Bengals will look to continue their winning ways with a road test against the reeling Miami Dolphins. The Bengals have won four straight and sit atop the AFC North at 6-2, while the Dolphins have dropped four in a row since opening the season with three straight victories. The Philadelphia Eagles will turn back to Nick Foles as the starting quarterback for Sundays game against Oakland. Foles had taken over for an injured Michael Vick before suffering a concussion two weeks ago against Dallas. Vick re-injured the hamstring that kept him out for two games in last Sundays loss to the Giants and wont play this Sunday. Foles was medically cleared earlier this week and took part in practice on Tuesday, prompting coach Chip Kelly to anoint him as this weeks starter over rookie Matt Barkley.
