Like chicken little it screams that somehow bad cellulose is everywhere and it is disgusting, wood pulp, it says. While technically correct, cellulose is a component of the cell walls of all plants, there are many varieties of cellulose. Cellulose itself is a polysaccharide, meaning many sugar molecules joined in exactly the same way. Now sugar may be bad for you, and that might be a good story, but don´t sensationalize it to tell me I am eating wood pulp (oh sick, barf, barf). Left out of the article was that there is cellulose in the french fries, lettuce, onions, pickles and tomatoes, it occurs in them naturally...
