NOTICE TO READERS Our Website has been offline for several hours today due to technical problems with our provider, Hostgator and parent company EIG. According to a release by Hostgator, network issues in some server clusters at its Provo, UTAH, datacenter are to blame for the outage. The outage has also affected customers of other web hosting providers including Bluehost, Hostmonster and Justhost. The websites of several other Guyanese media houses also appear offline. It remains unclear how many websites worldwide have been affected by Wednesdays outage. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to work with our provider in restoring access to our servers.
