Naptime Piyo. Sometimes ya just gotta leave the mess, move the coffee table, and get it done. This workout seriously feels SO good. This part is called Flow and its at the very end of a 45 minute workout. There is some cardio elements, but its mostly just these fast-paced yoga/pilates moves. I love it.
