Nasir Khan: No one should be under any illusion that Israel continues to establish more settlements by acquiring more Palestinian land in the West Bank. This policy of expansion has been the main objective of the Zionist rulers of Israel and they have consistenly followed this course and they continue to do so. What this means is that there will be nothing left in the West Bank for the parties to negotiate about.
