Read the description and watch the video below: Yoga Posture Lab As teachers and assistants we have the privilege of guiding students towards the most beneficial versions of postures. Doing so in a classroom requires an understanding of alignment and anatomy, the skill to look and quickly assess, as well as the more subtle ability to read the energy of a pose. In this class, well examine different bodies in a variety of poses and explore ways of truly seeing and responding so that students can have the best possible experience on their mats.
