Nearly 50,000 Readers of CGE Journal this year Half year statistics for readers of the Centre for Global Education’s journal Policy and Practice: A Development Education Review show that between January and July 2013 the journal web site had 47,991 visits with a total of 74,412 page visits. Of the 47,991 visitors, 39,296 were unique visitors and 80 percent of visitors were new showing that the audience for the journal continues to widen. The top ten locations of visitors were: • UK 7,636 • United States 6,742 • Philippines 5,164 • Ireland 2,669 • India 2,468 • Australia 2,040 • Canada 1,828 • South Africa 1,071 • Miscellaneous 2,441 The journal is on course to exceed the reader total for all of 2012 which was 85,484.
