Need prayers please because today June 6th was quite a horrible day for me. Those of you who were there for me thank you so much! I have a acute fracture of the distal fibula and acute fracture of the posterior malleolous, and acute dislocation of the ankle. The doctors said that I have to go in for possible surgery and then casting Monday and I am in a splint right now. Those of you who saw my foot.. um yes that was my ankle in the front! I guess getting up was not going to happen, and crutches are a necessity. My body has been through some shit, so I have a high threshold of pain. You know my biggest fear from this is accidently thinking I am okay and then hurting myself even more. I have always tried to push back any kind of pain in my body and think positively because life could be much worse then this. I saw a man come into the hospital emergency with stab wounds, and they were not sure if he will make it and I thought to myself how blessed I am to just have a broken foot, and but of course he made me cry because I pray he does make it. I also think about today and am watching Band Of Brothers right now. It is June 6th and I reflect upon the brave men who died this day, and also lost legs and arms today. Thinking of them gives me even more strength. God bless them always. I pray that I heal properly and ask for you all to pray for me too as well.
