Nepal should be a Union A UNION OF FEDERAL STATES OF NEPAL Comprising of the following: a. Federal State of Kirat, (in the east Nepal comprising of Limbuwan and Khambuwan and Sherpa pranta and terai region of the south) b. Federal States of Nepal Mandala (middle Nepal should comprise of Newa rajya, Tamsaling to terai in the south and China on the North) c. Federal State of Tamu-Magarat. (western region) d. Federal State of Tharuwan (southern western plains terai) e. Federal State of Khasan (Far West) f. Non-federated land to be under central rule. These are the land that will be in dispute and shall be resolved by the center after proper negotiation. States shall not be based on geography but rather on the hibitat of the indigenous people of Nepal. Future state of New immigrant Madeshis to be determined jointly by the new formed Union. New immigrants like the Arya-bahun chetris are to be citizen of Nepal after relinquishing power at the center and live in peace as the citizen of Nepal for future generation to take part in the polity of Nepal. Political power to be fully transferred to the legitimate Indigenous People of Nepal.
