Network marketing is a pyramid scheme. The next time someone tells you that, enlighten them with the fact that Corporate America is no different. Every employee on the bottom fights their way up to the top to become the next CEO. In actuality, network marketing is a reverse pyramid. Look at the people at the top, working ever so hard to bring the folks below them to their level. They create leaders, action takers, and self-made entrepreneurs, who in turn build ladders for the new people that want a chance to the top. We build off each other, instead of feasting from one another. Its teamwork and leadership that gets us to where we are.
