It is highly desirable that city publications be legal and the city cannot afford to exhibit carelessness in this respect. Carelessness in one important detail is often regarded by the public as a sign of carelessness in other important details. * * * How a two-foot skirt can accommodate a three-foot stride seems largely a question of higher mathematics. * * * Golf is about the only game that requires skillful knocking. Some good golfers going to waste in this country. * * * Judging from the standpoint of speed there are few Reno automobiles likely to turn turtle. More likely to turn hair.
