In this role you will advise on a mixed caseload of childcare matters. Duties will include managing a full caseload of care proceedings to include case management, pre-proceedings and advocacy in court. The successful candidate will therefore ideally have a proven track record in this field of specialism together with excellent negotiation, drafting and advocacy skills.
