New Job Residential Property Fee Earner - BBBH3929 Industry: Legal Job Type: Permanent Location: Sheffield, England Salary: £0.00 per annum Our client is a long established regional Yorkshire law firm and they are looking for a Residential Conveyancing fee earner to join their growing department in their Sheffield office. You should be experienced at managing your own caseload with minimal supervision including registered and unregistered land, freehold and leasehold titles, transfers of equity and re mortgages. You should be able to work well in a team, be approachable and have a friendly manner when dealing with clients and agents. You will have good IT skills and ideally have used a case management system. The Firm will consider applicants who are either Conveyancing Assistants, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, NQ or experienced Solicitors all with the relevant property experience.
