The Role: - Provide a full learning and development service across the business - Identify core training requirements for all roles - Develop and implement an Apprentice programme - Regularly evaluate and review the suitability and effectiveness of learning and development, processes, policies in line with FCA competency requirements - Management and delivery of corporate induction programmes, - Manage and control the learning and development budget - Manage internal development programmes such as coaching, mentoring and culture change management The Ideal Candidate: - Must have recent experience of working in a Learning & Development position - Must have experience of working within the Financial Services sector with a knowledge of FCA training requirements - Experience of working across a business and identifying training needs - Will be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing - Must have excellent organisation and time management This is an urgent requirement for our client so your early application is encouraged.
