New Job position Working with a regional much valued award winning charity within drug rehabilitation, reporting to the CEO, Finance Director and NE Board. Our Client specialises in rehabilitation services for those who have, mental health problems and other complex needs connected to drug abuse. They pride themselves on their quality of care and their refreshing outlook on the care sector. The company is full of life and enthusiasm for care and they drive this outlook throughout the whole charity. It is imperative for this charity that any candidate joining the organisation fit the culture and respects the values already in place. The Role This exciting charity continue to grow year on year and their continued growth has meant that our client has had to create this brand new position to help cope with the growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in setting up a new division with the organisation that will engage other businesses with the region to support new community projects. Within the role of Regional Director, you will be required to set up the new project managing a number of areas including skills workshops and end users learning projects. The Candidate The successful candidate will have considerable knowledge in new project setup with business acumen; will have proven commercial experience in setting up and running new charity projects. You will have managed large teams and be adept at developing and growing services. It is hugely important that you can demonstrate is your ability to build a business with a real entrepreneurial vision, have the ability to implement and action ideas to ensure the new project is commercially viable at all times. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, charismatic and have a passion for the third sector – this opportunity will be rewarding on various levels. Salary – Circa £45k + benefits
