New Review from a Happy Customer: We recently switched to VBS for both our IT and phone system support needs, and are so glad we did. With their proficiency in both areas, and knowing how best to utilize our current systems and implement new ones as required, we are confident that we are moving in the right direction with their guidance. They have been cognizant of our requirements, as a smaller boutique call centre business, to keep costs down, and have suggested only the upgrades we need, while building the foundation for our future requirements.
