New Zealand WP The Visa (Employment will be done from Indonesia) The Candidates have to move to Indonesia for the Training Program The Invitation on behalf of New Zealand Company will be provided from Indonesia to the Candidates in India for the Visa to be applied with Indonesia Embassy. The Candidates needs to apply visa to the consulate of Indonesia in Delhi. The ticket will be bought by the candidates and they need to fly within 2 days from the date of receiving visa from the Indonesia Consulate. After arriving in Indonesia they be provided offer letters of the company and the Candidates need to attend a paid training program in Indonesia as per the job prescription During the training program the candidates will be provided a salary of 500 USD per Month New Zealand : The Job type will be plucking and packing of fruits and other processed food items. The total salary will be 2880 NZD Per Month with the overtime defined. The working hours will 8 hours a week and 6 days in a week. Beside that the food and accommodation will be provided by the Company. Other benefits i.e. bonus, medical, insurance will be provided as per the rule of the NZ Law and company. Initially the work permit will be issued for two years on extendable basis. Candidate’s employment is subject to a probation period of six (6) month from your date of commencement during this period either party may terminate this agreement with out notice or salary in lieu of notice. At the commencement of your employment the Company will provide an economy class excursion air ticket Jakarta/New Zealand including economy class baggage allowance of 20 kilos. For every 12 months of continuous service the candidates will be entitled to received 30 days paid vacation inclusive of public holidays which may fall during your vacation period local and public holidays must be taken in accordance with Company policy and must not be accumulated as part of your annual vacation please note that your department Heads approval must prior to you proceeding on vacation.
