Nice class tonite. Good group if hard workers. We went hard. Mark Gray jumped in both feet first tonite and did great. Starting at 290 but we gonna drop that fast. Kandis Pfalmer Jill McNamara Crystal Braswell Ben Wood John Barlog Austin Hargrove all showed out and left puddles on the floor. The new stuff we are doing is brutal. Takes your wind and burns the muscles...but we push through...past the pain. Past the hurt to get that one more rep. To finish what we started. You dont have to match everyones reps. But you do have to match the intensity. And when you give all you have...when you make the decision to simply not quit and come hell or high water you will give it absalutely 110% everything you got, then change is inevitable.
