Nick Bender This is applicable for the entire state. The primary weather hazards with storms this evening and overnight will be golf ball-sized hail, thunderstorm wind gusts in excess of 70 mph, frequent lightning and localized flash flooding. The tornado potential is low, but as just about always not zero. That being said, wind gusts of 70 mph or greater can cause minor structural damage on par with an EF0 or even EF1 tornado.
