Nigeria we hail thee! So the Federal Minister of Finance is unaware of a revenue account for the Govt; the GMD of NNPC claims the CBN manages the account; the CBN (in absentia) claims that the NNPC manages the account and only pays into the Revenue account with the CBN. Brother Senator Magnus, biko invite all of them and let us get to the root of this matter.
